À La Carte

All of our dishes are served on Injera, a traditionnal Ethiopian flat breat (crepe). Those dishes are solely served with themselves, it is recommanded to order in complement of what the guests at your table choose.

Typical Ethiopian sauce prepared with smoked peppers and over 20 imported organic spices. It is dark red and fairly spicy.

A mild onion and turmeric sauce infused with fine herbs.
